30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• In the same condition in which it was received.
• In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
• Accompanied by a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We will provide return instructions after your request has been approved. Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

Contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or different from what you ordered. Please include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue so that we can evaluate the claim and make it right.

Depending on the situation, we may offer replacement parts, a replacement product, store credit, or a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Gift cards.
• Final-sale or clearance items.
• Items that have been worn, used, washed, assembled, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Items returned without their original packaging, tags, accessories, or components.

Please contact us before purchasing if you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item after your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If an order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Proof of purchase is also required.

This right does not apply to personalized or custom-made products or other products excluded under applicable law.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

HEYMEN reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the requirements stated in this policy.
